Our second pillar event was Thursday, November 14, 2024 at The Junto Hotel.  Josh Brugeman from Fresh Climate Solutions provided valuable insights into ESG for the attendees.  The following is a synopsis of the presentation:

In today's business environment, sustainability is no longer a niche concept but a core expectation. Driven by increasing regulatory pressures, growing consumer awareness, and a genuine desire to do better, companies of all sizes are being asked to demonstrate their commitment to environmental and social responsibility. This presentation will provide an overview of the key drivers behind this trend, focusing on the specific challenges and opportunities faced by small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

We had 20 attendees for the event which was followed by networking in the lounge at the hotel.
