Over lunch, Dan Wendorf provided great insights into the dramatic shifts in supply chain and real estate strategies that companies are taking along with the impact on recent announcements in Columbus on the local landscape. He also shared his perspective on the current construction and pipelines of buildings as well as the types of users that are in the market today looking for space. Finally he discussed the current capital markets environment and the overall changes we are seeing daily in the market.
